About Us
Veridune is a design and contract manufacturing company based in Rhode Island offering our own in-house products, such as the Drift Pen, as well as CNC machining and manufacturing services to our clients. We combine modern manufacturing technology with deep mechanical engineering expertise to deliver tight-tolerance components for robotics, consumer products, industrial applications and more.
Our Story
Founded by manufacturing engineer Brad Mello, Veridune’s aim is to support companies across a range of industries as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier of custom-manufactured components and assemblies.
Brad’s career spans consumer products, automotive, and industrial automation, where he has spent over a decade owning both the design and manufacturing execution of engineered products. Across startups and high-volume production environments, he has led programs from early design through factory ramp, consistently delivering on-time and on-budget while designing parts and processes with manufacturability, repeatability, and scale in mind.
Veridune was founded to address the difficulty of finding manufacturing partners in the United States who are responsive, detail-driven, and willing to work collaboratively on tight timelines. We support startups and high-growth industries that need fast, customized manufacturing services delivered with the same intensity, accountability, and engineering rigor they bring to building their products.
Today, Veridune is launching with a direct-to-consumer focus, beginning with a line of precision-machined titanium pens. Building and selling our own products in-house allows us to fully exercise our design, machining, and process control capabilities while holding ourselves to the same standards we expect for customer programs.
As we grow, we intend to transition our CNC capacity toward producing customer-specific components and to add equipment purpose-built around the manufacturing needs of the teams we partner with. Our goal is to become a long-term manufacturing partner, aligning our machines, processes, and growth plans with the products our customers are building.
