Drift Bolt-Action Titanium Pen
Made in the USA
The Drift is our first bolt-action mechanical pen, designed and machined from Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium for daily use.
Design Philosophy
Engineered for daily use with no-compromise construction. Every surface is machined to exacting standards, balancing form, function, and durability. This pen is designed to feel intentional in the hand, robust in use, and refined in motion.
Designed, machined, and assembled in our new Rhode Island shop, this pen is the culmination of our passion for engineering, machining, and surface finishing. It reflects our belief that everyday tools should be functional, beautiful, and built to last.
Construction
The pen is made from six precision components, each CNC-machined from solid titanium bar stock. Components are held to tight tolerances and assembled to ensure smooth, consistent operation over the life of the pen.
The stonewashed titanium finish provides a refined matte texture that resists wear, fingerprints, and daily abuse while maintaining a premium feel.
Mechanism
An integral sliding body design features a bolt-action mechanism with a 50 micron running clearance between the pen body and slider. The result is a smooth, controlled action that feels precise and satisfying, with a subtle mechanical feedback that makes it genuinely fidget-worthy.
A precision knurled grip provides confident control without being abrasive, optimized for extended writing sessions and everyday handling.
Refill Compatibility
Engineered to accept standard G2-size refills.
Ships installed with an EnerGel 0.70 mm refill for smooth, consistent ink flow out of the box.

The Drift pen is currently in development. The images shown are renders of the product, and while we expect to produce the geometry nearly exactly as shown, there may be minor deviations in surface texture, size and shape. We estimate the first batch of Drift pens to be released in Late February, 2026.
