1" OD Aluminum Pulley and Bushing

Our compact machined pulleys are designed specifically for FIRST Robotics Competition continuous elevator systems. They feature a clearance bore for #10 bolt to ensure smooth hoisting with 1/8" or 3MM Dyneema Rope.
The outer pulley material is 6061 Aluminum and the inner bushing is made of 544 bearing bronze which limits friction and resists wear. The bushing is designed to space the pulley slightly away from the mounting surface and is intended to be bolted directly to the elevator frame. When fully clamped down the pulley has room to still spin freely on the bronze bushing.
